Terms & Conditions — Amavelle
These Terms apply when you browse or purchase from Amavelle.
1) Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel orders (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or errors).
2) Prices & payment
Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. We may update prices and promotions at any time. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.
3) Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons. If you need help tracking your order, contact support@amavelle.com.
4) Returns & cancellations (your UK rights)
If you buy online, you generally have the legal right to cancel within 14 days after your order is delivered, without giving a reason.
After you cancel, you typically have 14 days to return the goods.
To cancel/return: email support@amavelle.com with your order number.
Refunds:
If your return is approved, we will refund you in line with UK distance-selling rules. Businesses can generally wait to refund until goods are returned (or you provide evidence of return).
Return condition:
Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn/unused, with tags/packaging where applicable).
Return costs:
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage may be the customer’s responsibility.
5) Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t meet required standards, you have rights under UK consumer law, including remedies such as repair/replacement and other outcomes depending on timing and circumstances.

6) Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our website or products, except where liability cannot be excluded under law.
7) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
