Returns (Change of Mind)
If you changed your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK distance selling rules.
To request a return, email support@amavelle.com with:

After your return is approved, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Tags must be attached (if applicable)

Items must be returned in original packaging (where possible)
We cannot accept returns for:

Items that show signs of wear, washing, odours, stains, or damage

Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., bodysuits/underwear) where the hygiene seal is removed (if applicable)
Exchanges
We offer exchanges when stock is available.
To exchange an item (size/colour), contact support@amavelle.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange for.
If the requested exchange is not available, we’ll issue a refund (after the return is received and inspected).
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs (or provide a suitable solution).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days (bank processing times may vary).

Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to a faulty/incorrect item.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please email support@amavelle.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Clear photos/videos of the issue

Photos of the packaging label (if possible)
We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in line with UK consumer rights.
